As a Virginia licensed, Class A contractor, we understand that it is never as simple as we would like, however, we try to eliminate as many surprises for our clients as possible before they occur. We secure all necessary permits when required and carry all appropriate insurance.
A General Contractor is usually the last professional to come on board with a project.
Our belief is that a qualified General Contractor such as HOMESTEAD RENOVATIONS should be involved early on so that our experience and input can help keep construction costs in line with the budget constraints established for the project. We work with a full, fixed price contract that provides a complete Scope of Work detailing exactly what is to be accomplished for the entire project. This eliminates most misunderstandings that typically lead to additional charges, delays, and sometimes legal actions.
